Preparing to move to 23 Park Street!

Dear Flyers and Families,

I wanted to take a moment to share a behind-the-scenes look at our journey to 23 Park Street and how you can support us during this exciting transition.

As many of you know, we’ve been planning this move for quite some time. Over the past six months, we’ve been working closely with the landlord—who has done an incredible job updating and transforming the space—and navigating the various steps required by the town to make this move a reality.

Because of the building’s location, a zoning change was necessary. We submitted the application in February, were approved in March with overwhelming support from the zoning board, and cleared the final appeal period just this past week. We’re now in the final stages of securing a professional building code review—an unexpected requirement that only came to light after the appeal window closed. While this step may take 1–3 weeks, we’re hopeful it will be the last hurdle before we can officially move forward.

I know we’ve been quiet about the move until now. That’s simply because we wanted to wait until key pieces were in place before making any big announcements.

That brings me to the reason for this message: we could use your help.

While we’ve carefully prepared for the day-to-day operations of our new space, some unexpected costs—like the zoning and code review processes—have come up along the way. These aren’t typical requirements and weren’t something we could fully anticipate when we began this journey.
