We are seeking instructors in the following areas (youth-focused):
Aerial Silks
Aerial Hoop / Lyra
Aerial Sling
Flyte Training (Ages 6–8)
Acrobatics
Dance
Fitness
About the Role
As an InFlyte instructor, you will lead engaging, age-appropriate classes designed to help children build strength, confidence, coordination, and creativity. Our classes focus on both skill development and self-expression, creating an environment where every child feels supported and encouraged.
Responsibilities

Teach structured, engaging classes for children of various age groups

Create a fun, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Prioritize safety while teaching proper technique and progressions

Encourage confidence, teamwork, and creativity in every student

Support student growth both physically and artistically

Communicate clearly and professionally with families and staff

Participate in showcases, performances, and studio events
What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, or similar roles)
-
Background in one or more of the listed disciplines OR willingness to learn
-
Strong classroom management and communication skills

Patient, energetic, and encouraging teaching style

Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

Strong understanding of safety and age-appropriate progressions
No aerial experience? No problem.
You do not need prior aerial training to apply—we are happy to train the right candidates in the aerial arts. If you have a background in athletics, dance, gymnastics, fitness, or performance, that will be helpful in both training and teaching, but it is not required.
