We’re excited to introduce a brand new event at InFlyte… our very first and hopefully not last,  Fly-a-thon!

This will be a fun, high-energy fundraiser designed specifically for our aerial community, giving our flyers the chance to showcase their skills, challenge themselves, and help support the studio.

 

🌀 What is a Fly-a-thon?

Flyers will collect pledges and then participate in “flight time” on our aerial apparatuses.

Instead of just flying for hours, they’ll be:

• Performing skills

• Completing challenges

• Building endurance

• Showcasing what they’ve learned

 

💰 How Fundraising Works

Families can choose the option that works best for them:

Pledge Per Minute (Flight Time)
Supporters can donate based on time in the air (example: $1 per minute), with a maximum cap of 60 minutes.

Flat Donations
Simple and easy—supporters can give a flat amount (example: $25 donation).

👉 We encourage a combination of both to maximize participation and support!

 

🎉 Event Details & Structure

📅 Date: June 14, 2026
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Flyers do not have to be at the event all day! Flyers will sign up for a time block and participate at their own pace. Whether they choose to fly in short bursts (5 minutes at a time) or longer sessions (up to 30 minutes), the goal is to work toward their personal flight goal.

Upon arrival, each flyer will receive a Flight Passport to track their time and progress. Once they’ve reached their goal, they are free to wrap up for the day.

 

🔥 Surprise Challenges

Throughout the day, we’ll host hourly challenges during flying time. Winners of each challenge will earn entries into special raffles!

Individual Rewards

• Raise $100 → InFlyte Bandana

• Raise $250 → InFlyte Fly-A-Thon T-Shirt

• Raise $500+ → InFlyte Bandana + InFlyte Fly-A-Thon T-Shirt + 1 Grand Prize Raffle Entry

 

Studio-Wide Goals

• $5,000 → Pay off essential expenses (WiFi installation, gymnastics mats, taxes, water, alarm)

• $10,000 → Get ahead on rent + upgrade hardware, silks, and studio paint

• $15,000 → New mats, front window signage, and additional apparatuses

 

🎟️ Raffles

We’ll have raffles running throughout the event, with tickets available for purchase in-studio.

 

✨ We will also have a Grand Prize Raffle (1 Winner Total):

• Youth Flyers: Free classes for a full year (September–June, approx. $1,000 value)

• Adult Flyers: Two 20-Fly Punch Passes (approx. $1,000 value)

 

Grand Prize Raffle tickets can be:

• Tickets can be Won through challenge participation on the day of Fly-A Thon

• Tickets can also be Purchased at the event (premium pricing for grand raffle entries)

 

This event is all about coming together as a community, celebrating our flyers, and supporting the continued growth of InFlyte.
