Coming Soon: Pike13
Hello Flyers and Families,
I am excited to announce that InFlyte Entertainment is officially beginning our transition to our new booking system, Pike13!
This is a big change for InFlyte, and while I know it will take some time to get everything fully set up and running smoothly, I believe Pike13 will ultimately provide a much better and easier experience for our Flyers, families, and staff.
What InFlyte Needs From You
I am asking all families to create their Pike13 account. Once your account is created, feel free to rummage around, explore the new system, and get familiar with how everything looks!
For now, please DO NOT purchase, register for, or make payments toward anything in Pike13.
I will be working behind the scenes to add your current registrations, payment information, balances, and other account details. This will be a slow transition process, and information may not appear in your account immediately. Don't panic if something is missing, I'm working on it!
As everyone moves through the transition, I will send additional information about payments, registrations, schedules, and how to use Pike13 moving forward.
I appreciate everyone's patience as this change is made. There may be a few bumps along the way, but from feedback from many of you about our current site, I believe this is the best move for InFlyte and will make things much easier once everything is up and running.

This will help me keep all Pike13-related questions organized while I work through the transition. Please do not hesitate to ask any and all questions or point out any and all things that may look incorrect.
This being said, please be patient as it may take me a bit of time to answer your questions properly. But I will answer as quickly as I can.
