Niki Sodt
|
Niki had little to no athletic background when she took her first Lyra class in 2017, but was hoping to make changes towards a healthier life. Five years and several performances later, she isn’t sure she could live without it! Aerial fitness has become both a motivator for her own health goals and a place to seek community, wellness, and overall peace of mind. She is looking forward to helping her students strive towards their fitness and wellness goals, and hopes to guide others to their own aerial happy place!
